Return & Exchange
No Refunds or Standard Returns

​As a policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on any product sold. However, we allow exchanges in case of:

If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help with repairs or a replacement. To process your claim:

Share an unboxing video and clear images of the damaged product & packaging within 48 hours of delivery

How to Return a Product for Exchange

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Email images of the product and packaging to info.kosmicdots@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

Once verified, we will send return instructions to your registered email

The product must be packed exactly as received, with original packaging and any gifts included

Return courier charges will be borne by the customer

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received to qualify for an exchange
