SHIPPING POLICY
We require 4 working days to process and dispatch orders within India (Domestic). Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7 working days via a standard courier company. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the order tracking ID. You can track your order by visiting the ‘My Orders’ section on your ‘My Account’ page. Shipping fees are free for all Domestic orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As a policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on any products sold. However, we do allow exchanges if you receive an incorrect product or if the product is damaged during transit.
If your order is damaged during transit, we will assist you with repairing or replacing the product. In this case, we require an unboxing video and images of both the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. After this timeframe, we will be unable to provide a return or replacement. We may also request additional information or photos of the package to escalate the issue with our shipping partner.
